Recently, Knowing Buddha Organization was notified that there is the case of using Buddha’s symbol inappropriately at Smarttec Enterprise. The company has produced interior decorative film for buildings which was made into the shape of the Buddha and has been used attaching to the glass door of the pray room. Furthermore, there are numerous images and videos promoting the products commercially on both the company’s website, Youtube channel, and distributors’ website. Therefore, Knowing Buddha Organization informed the company that Buddha’s symbol should not be used for decorative or commercial purpose, and we decided to give the owner the right and proper ways to treat Buddha images.

Not long after, Smarttec Enterprise has responded with grateful to cooperate and willing to resolve the matter as follows:

“Dear Knowing Buddha Organization. For Buddhism Protection,
.
I would like to express my condolences for this action. I had no intention of offending or intruding Buddhism in any way. But such work was done with sincerity and faith in Buddhism, and the team have already deleted advertising media from the system.
If there are any other media that you have detected in the case of the company's team may have been miss out in deletion. Please inform me back. My team and I are willing to follow Knowing Buddha Organization’s guidance to maintain the correct ways of the Buddha's symbols.

เมื่อองค์กรโนอิ้ง บุดด้าได้รับแจ้งจากผู้สนับสนุนองค์กรว่า บริษัท สมาร์ทเทค เอ็นเตอร์ไพรส์ จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทขายปลีกชิ้นส่วนและอุปกรณ์เสริมใหม่ของยานยนต์ รวมถึงบริษัทจำหน่ายและติดตั้งฟิล์มกรองแสงสำหรับรถยนต์ ฟิล์มอาคาร และที่พักอาศัยทั้งภายในและภายนอก ได้ผลิตฟิล์มตกแต่งภายในอาคาร ทำเป็นรูปองค์พระพุทธเจ้าใช้สำหรับติดบานประตูกระจกห้องพระ มีตัวอย่างภาพงานและคลิปวิดีโอตั้งแต่กระบวนการผลิต ตัดภาพเป็นรูปพระพุทธรูป จนถึงการติดตั้งฟิล์มตกแต่งที่บานประตูกระจก ปรากฏในเว็ปไซต์ของบริษัท และYoutube channel และปรากฏเป็นภาพผลงานที่เว็ปไซต์ของตัวแทนจำหน่าย

ด้วยเหตุนี้ ทางองค์กรจึงได้ส่งจดหมายไปชี้แจงและให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติต่อพระสัญลักษณ์ที่ถูกต้อง ทางบริษัทได้ตอบกลับจดหมายดังนี้

“เรียน องค์กรโนอิ้ง บุดด้า (Knowing Buddha Organization) เพื่อการปกป้องพระพุทธศาสนา

ข้าพเจ้า ขอแสดงความเสียใจ ที่ได้กระทำการดังกล่าวออกไป โดยข้าพเจ้าไม่ได้มีความคิดที่จะละเมิดหรือก้าวล่วงใดๆ แต่งานดังกล่าวได้ทำไปด้วยความบริสุทธิ์ใจและศรัทธาเกี่ยวกับพระพุทธศาสนา และข้าพเจ้าได้ทำการลบสื่อโฆษณาออกจากระบบโดยทั่วไปเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว
